Hack!Friday

At our hackspace we have an eclectic collection of interesting beings with diverse backgrounds. No one can know everything. And so, in order to share knowledge with one another, Hack!Friday was re-launched a while back.

Hack!Friday is a day (usually a Friday) where various workshops, lectures and other knowledge exchange opportunities can take place. Although µC³ had previously hosted Hack!Friday regularly, the series went dormant for quite some time. But good news: since the beginning of 2026 it’s been revitalized!

So far this year we have already learned about the precision of floating-point-arithmetic, why spheres aren’t discs, and how to crochet.

You can check out the upcoming topics and corresponding dates in our wiki or in the calender. And if you’d like to contribute something to the Hack!Friday series, the wiki is also the best place to find information on how to get involved!
